Who Qualifies as an Investor?

The DealFlow Discovery Conference is an independent event offering equal access with no invitation required. If you are seeking a free pass as an investor, we will consider applications that meet the following criteria:

  • You have the capabilities and intent to invest in high-growth, and high-risk companies
  • You have interest in making direct investments or purchasing stock in companies on the secondary market
  • You can provide a LinkedIn profile or other public professional profile which indicates you are an investor (either high net worth individual investor or institutional investor)
  • You are not a broker-dealer or licensed representative of FINRA
  • You do not work for a consulting, law, accounting, insurance, or other financial services firm that offers services to companies (even if the intention is not to solicit your services at this event)
