New: Private and Pre-IPO Companies

New for 2026, the DealFlow Discovery Conference welcomes private companies to participate alongside public issuers. This change reflects a growing interest in pre-public companies from institutional and accredited investors.  All presenting company applications are carefully vetted, and not every private company qualifies to participate.  Here’s how our tracks are set up:

Public Issuers: U.S.-based companies focused on investor engagement, secondary market support, and fundraising

Foreign Issuers: International companies seeking access to U.S.-based capital and partnerships

Venture-backed: Emerging growth companies seeking earlier stage capital and strategic relationships

Private Equity-backed (Pre-IPO): Later-stage private companies with institutional backing, raising growth or pre-public capital
